📝 Recipe & Ingredients:
Hello! Welcome to my channel.
250 ml of warm milk.
60 g of sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix thoroughly.
1 egg.
Mix.
500 g of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.

The dough will be a bit sticky.
60 g of soft butter.
Mix well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Sprinkle the dough with flour.
Knead the dough into a smooth ball (at least 5 minutes of kneading).

Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
What a ball. :)
Take the dough out on the table and knead for a while.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
You can cover the second part of the dough with a cloth.
Stretch to form a roll.
Slice into 10 pieces.
Form each piece into elongated rolls about 10 cm long.
Place the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cover the buns on the baking sheet with a cloth so they don’t dry out.
The distance between the buns should be about 1 cm. The buns will stick together as they rise.
Repeat the same steps for the second part of the dough.
Don’t be scared, these milk buns are really quick to make. :)
They will be perfect for breakfast or for a snack.
Place the rolls in the second row on the baking sheet.
These will be beautiful and delicious buns.
Cover the buns with a cloth and let them rise for about 15-20 minutes.
Brush the buns with a mixture of 1 egg and a tablespoon of milk.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C / 356°F, until the buns are nicely browned.
Milk buns are ready.
