Join me for this 30 minute INTENSE GLUTE WORKOUT that will help you grow & tone your GLUTES at home. This workout is carefully crafted to give you a challenging yet achievable routine that combines both STANDING & MAT exercises. If you want to grow your glutes and not your legs, give this workout a try.
By using a mix of weighted and bodyweight exercises, you’ll engage all the muscle groups in your glutes helping them grow and look round toned. I recommend using a pair of 5 kg dumbbells, BUT you should always adapt your weights to your fitness level.
