Bridge spanning 32 railway lines in central China connected

A bridge spanning over 32 railway lines in Xiangyang City of central China’s Hubei Province has been successfully connected with the hoisting of the final part of the steel girder. The bridge, which is 920 meters long, is the world’s first gear-and-rack swivel cable-stayed bridge, capable of rotating a maximum weight of 32,000 tonnes.
