Energy-saving ‘liquid window’ created by NTU Singapore scientists
#NTUsg scientists have developed a liquid window panel that can simultaneously block the sun to regulate solar transmission, while trapping thermal heat, potentially reducing energy consumption of heating and cooling systems in buildings by up to 45%. The window is also 15% more effective in noise reduction than double-glazed windows.
