The source video I used to create this one is here:
That was the only upload of this music video footage I could find online. Furthermore, it was only uploaded two months ago. There used to be a lower-quality upload of it on YouTube, and it was removed over a year ago. The new one differs in what version of the song it uses as the audio track; instead of using the version you are hearing here, it uses a version with quite a different sound, and does not have good sound quality. I have replaced the audio track with a high-quality one of the album track. I know that a music video featuring this footage is included on a 2005 DVD titled “Frida – The DVD“ and another one is included on a DVD supplied with the 2015 reissue of the album the song is from – Frida’s 1982 album “Something’s Going On“ – but I do not know what version of the song they use. I have decided to call this the “official“ music video, even though I am not certain that this footage has ever been officially released with this particular version of the song as the audio track.
This video does not have perfectly fluid picture motion; there are many places where a small jump occurs that should not be there. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do to fix this, as it was already present on the source video I have used. I have found that sometimes this occurs on certain videos when I am altering their speed, and also it was sometimes occurring on certain videos when I was using a certain method of upscaling their resolution to 1080p that I have since stopped using. So I am guessing that the uploader of the source video may have caused the problem by doing one of these things.
The director was Lasse Hallström, and the video features engineer Hugh Padgham, guitarist Daryl Stuermer, bassist Mo Foster, keyboardist and horn and string arranger Peter Robinson, and the Phenix horns: trumpeters Michael Harris and Rahmlee Michael Davis, saxophonist Don Myrick and trombonist Louis Satterfield.
Replacing the audio track involved speeding up the footage slightly, as it was running a bit too slow compared to the HQ audio track I am using. The footage ends before the song has fully ended, so to accompany the end of the song, I have put up on screen a picture of the album. The source video was a bit out-of-sync, with the picture running late compared to the sound, so I have fixed that. I have also taken the liberty of removing the first second of footage, as this did not look very good. I have also cropped the edges of the picture, just enough to clean them up. I have also adjusted the colours, slightly increasing their intensity, slightly increasing the contrast between the light and dark areas, and making the dark areas a bit darker. I have also added optional subtitles for the lyrics.
This song was written by Tony Colton and Jean Roussel, and was first recorded by British singer Sonia Jones, whose version was released as a single in 1980 but apparently did not chart in any territory. This version by Frida and Phil was produced by Phil, and was released as the final track on Frida’s 1982 album “Something’s Going On“. It was not released as a single. However, in 1983 Frida released another version of the song as a single, and that was a solo version which did not feature Phil on vocals. According to Wikipedia, that single reached No. 34 in the Netherlands, No. 36 in Belgium, and No. 100 in the UK. It apparently did not chart in any other territory. An official music video was made for it, and the official upload of it can be seen here:

An official presentation of the lyrics to this song is to be found in the liner notes of the Something’s Going On album, and a nice big picture of the relevant page of the CD booklet can be seen here: =
Presented as optional subtitles in my video and as a pinned comment below is my own transcript of the lyrics, for which I have used that official presentation as a guide.
