Maple Cinnamon Spiced Almonds (no Sugar) | The Frugal Chef
Hi! Here is an easy and fantastic recipe for spiced almonds with cinnamon. We are going to coat the nuts in a mixture of egg whites with maple syrup, cinnamon and cumin. The final result is a crunchy, super tasty snack. Delish and healthy!

Spiced Almonds
3 cups raw nuts — almonds, pecans, walnuts or any other nut of your choice or a mixture of whatever you like
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt & Pepper
Heat your oven to 325° F (162° C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with oil.
Add the water to the egg white and whisk until frothy. Add the maple syrup, cinnamon and cumin. Mix well.
Pour the mixture onto the almonds and mix until
