High Energy HIIT with Aubrey Winters

Aubrey Winters leads you through a high-energy HIIT workout. We’ll start with a 2-minute warmup, and then follow with 2 different supersets with a stretch at the end. Here’s how the supersets work. The first round includes 3 moves for 30 seconds with a 15 second recovery in between every single set. It’s nonstop movement for that minute and a half. The second set focuses more on abs.
