WORKOUT STEPS:
Here are the six exercises featured in this quick ab workout video:
1. V Up holds – 30-45 seconds, 3 sets
2. Side lying oblique crunches – 16-20 reps, 3 sets
3. Hollow body scissor kicks – 16-20 reps, 3 sets
4. Straight leg reverse crunches – 16-20 reps, 3 sets
5. Alternating knee to chest crunches – 16-20 reps, 3 sets
6. Alternating leg raise with opposite hand reach – 16-20 reps, 3 sets
While completing these exercises, your form matters. Make sure your core is engaged, pulling belly button towards spine and contracting your abdominal muscles. Keep your tongue behind the roof of your top teeth and your neck long (shoulders away from ears).
