Linear Bearings Vs PTFE 3D Printer

M35 twist drill set ; Linear Rail Shaft: Linear bearing : Bearings: Stepper motors : Leadscrew and nut Experiment with PTFE (Teflon) bearings on 8mm rails in place of the captive ball type. Results are much quieter and smoother. I’ll keep an eye on the wear and can always replace the originals if life is short.
