Volkor X - Gateway (2023)

Stream/Download/Buy: “Gateway“ was originally composed in 2021 for a sci-fi movie documentary, but unfortunately, it didn’t make it into the final cut. However, in 2022, NRW featured it on the documentary’s soundtrack. Despite the initial setback, this track became a personal favorite of mine, significantly influencing the direction I envisioned for “The Loop.“ Discovering it didn’t make it into the documentary left me a bit frustrated. What a waste... Eager for more ears to hear it, I reached out to NRW, requesting permission to include it in my album by lifting the exclusivity clause. The version you hear on the album has undergone slight reworking from the 2021 version to seamlessly blend with the new album’s sound. Composed, performed and produced by Volkor X at The Mothership.
