Third demo from this Canadian project from Calgary, Alberta. A really interesting project, seemingly consisting of a single member. The lyrics, titles and artwork, definitely feel quite tongue-in-cheek on this one, but regardless this is some great piece of Black Metal. Following the lines of great acts such as Vothana, Antimessiah projects, and even reminiscing the obscure Mirkvid, from Anchorage, in its almost danceable approach to drum programming, . creates a great record, brimming terrific guitar work, with really melodic leads, reminding em of Nord, and excellent riffage managing to caring that triumphant flame and simultaneously a beautiful melancholy.
