Saturday, May 27, 2023 - What I saw on my bicycle ride today This is actually the 3rd, Church sign of this year. I think the last one was like the 1st of March. I took nearly two years off from riding to Rogersville MO. I let my back healed up for about 4 months and then I started CrossFit and I was doing CrossFit for 2 years. My back flared up in November of 2022. So I took about a 3-month break just doing swimming and walking. So I’ll be testing my back over the next three or four weeks. I’ll be doing short rides around Ozark Missouri going like to green bridge into Smyrna Church. Next week my goal is to do maybe two rides to Rogersville MO.
