Fushu

Fushu (Kaze-no-te) -- one of Asai Sensei’s «Natural element» forms (Shizen Kata). The name means «Wind Hand». Aciordingly, it shows fast and fluid movements, unexpected changes of directions, several kicks -- Mae-geri, Yoko-geri, and of course, unique «Scorpion Sting» kick before the ending after Mikazuki-geri. Shizen Kata, along with classical Unsu form (Cloud Hand), consists of Fushu (Wind Hand), Kashu (Fire Hand), Suishu (Water Hand) and Roshu (Wave Hand). Всех “русскоязычных“ пользователей приглашаем
