Making Adjustable Height Bar Stools

I first made these adjustable height bar stools a few years ago for our kids to do their homework on. Even though I could sit on them they really needed beefing up a little for an adult to sit on them comfortably. In this video I do that and the aim was not to make them too chunky and ruin the look.
