Warm up exercises for Claiming Crosses, Goalkeeper Training Froylan Onofre 2021

Froylan Onofre professional goalkeeper trainer from California, with professional experience in Germany and New Zealand. These specific clips are warm up exercises that gets the keepers’ bodies warm for training specific for crossing. While paying close attention to these aspects we also work on our handling, body posture, meeting ball at its highest point, and attacking the ball.
