Mark brought Biden’s claim to its logical conclusion. Mark asked, “Imagine you are on the second floor of your apartment building and as you look down into the backyard you see a horror you could never have imagined. Your neighbor has a knife, and she is cutting up her child in her own backyard. Would you intervene, or would you mind your business because what she does in the privacy of her own home is nobody’s business but her own?
