Gamma Ray Bursts

Recently, cosmic gamma-ray bursts (GRB) have also been detected with terrestrial Cherenkov telescopes. These gamma-ray telescopes provide insights into a previously inaccessible energy range of the radiation from these cosmic explosions. More at . Animation: Science Communication Lab ()
