The Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant situation is discussed with Russian envoy Mikhail Ulyanov

More than 40 countries called on Russia to return control of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to Kiev. “Deployment of Russian military personnel and weaponry at the nuclear facility is unacceptable,“ says a statement published on the website of the EU Delegation to the UN Organisations in Vienna. Russia 24 spoke with Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the International Organisations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov about the document. The document, seen at , says IAEA experts will only be able to access the plant if control over it is transferred to the Ukrainian side. Ulyanov says there would be no danger if Ukraine would stop shelling, and points out that less than half of the countries in the world support the statements.
