Explain each relationship between Russia and Belarus

Explain each relationship between Russia and Belarus Hello friends! In 1991, the Soviet Union collapsed, Russia became the successor to everything, including the enemies of the former Soviet Union. The West wants to isolate them from Europe by drawing countries that broke away from the former Soviet Union to its side. 6 out of 15 post-Soviet countries have left Russia. To avoid losing more allies, they called for the creation of a new organization called the “Collective Security Treaty“ CSTO. Basically, this organization is similar to NATO, when a country is invaded, the other members will be responsible for supporting it. Initially, the Organization had 9 countries in 1994, but some countries later leaned towards the West and left the organization, now only 5 members remain. In which Belarus is considered the most loyal and important ally of Russia. In 1997, they together signed the treaty of the State Union of Russia and Belarus with the aim of unifying the two countries as one. ------------------------
