Probably a rehearsal although could be actual performance (musicians are all in white tie and tails). Nice shots are intercut showing street scenes and sights of London - River Thames with St Paul’s Cathedral in background, people walking across a bridge, piling into a market square with barrows, wandering along the river bank, St James’s Palace and surrounding area, Tower of London, St Paul’s, Houses of Parliament, Westminster, Cenotaph and so on.
