Thousands demonstrate in Mexico City against president’s attempts to change electoral system

Around 700,000 people inundated Mexico City’s main square to show support for the country’s electoral authority and to denounce President Obrador’s attempts to revise the National Electoral Institute through constitutional reforms before the June elections.
