Episode 91 Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja and Welcome to a Egg Biryani (अंडा बिर्याणी ) Special Episode of @RedSoilStories Pooja’s mother and father were visiting our home last week, they had came here after a long time. That evening we all were seating in our front yard, Pooja’s mother was applying oil on Pooja’s head while I was enjoying Rasagulla brought from Mumbai. I asked Pooja to cook something special for her parents. She said let’s cook Chicken Biryani but here mother insisted on Egg curry, afterwards it was decided that she will prepare Egg Biryani (अंडा बिर्याणी ) the next day for lunch. Next day Pooja and Mother-in-law started Preparing for Egg Biryani meanwhile I and Father-in-law went to see our village. She first boiled the eggs then prepared the masala for biryani, then fried Onion and Cashew, Fried the boiled eggs with some spices, Cooked the basmati rice and after everything is ready Pooja assembled the Biryani.
