Heavy Guitar Tones - Line 6 POD HD500x - Hard Rock and Metal

Hey, guys! Here’s an overview of the heaviest amp models on the Line 6 POD HD500x. Yeah... I regret using an 8-string guitar. I had just purchased it and was excited to play it, but I realize that the super low tuning detracts from the video. Anyways, I decided not to use any effects so that you can hear the amp models in their truest form. I’m just giving you an idea of how these sound by themselves. The next step would be to refine them with effects. In the first half of the video, I explain what ’real-life’ amps each amp model is imitating and play a few samples. Then, in the second half, I rip through the amp models again doing a full play-through with backing tracks and no talking.
