If you are short of time, the best area by far is the traditional Japanese garden, including the famous Goryo-tei, which was done by Japanese in Taiwan for the Emperor in 1927 - which naturally has a distinctly Chinese appearance. In addition, there is a French garden with roses blooming in season, and an English landscape “garden“, which is just a large empty lawn. You can also find a sizable greenhouse, but it was so steamy and humid that my lens fogged up the instant I took off the lens cap, so there is little to show here.
