Wood ring with stone inlay (Amethyst)

In this project I’m trying to show another approach of making rings. Unlike my previous videos, this time I’m using solid wood (Iroko). Also, you can see another type of stone inlay (Amethyst) with shaping and polish work too, aspect that I’ve improved from my last project. My advice if you’re starting to make rings, is to try first with shavings type (or bent wood) because they are much easier to work and more resistant to distress.
