Space Engineers - Synchronizing floating objects in Multi-Player, New sounds

These are the main features included in the Update - New sounds (Character’s moves, Refinery, Assembler, etc), Synchronized small floating objects in Multi-player and the option to send items automatically from the Refinery to the Assembler when they are built next to each other and share a conveyor door.
