Brice, Joan, Leo and 3 “new“ bathers take a long cold water: 12°C, air : 12°C. Much fun! And good performance for the 3 beginners ( 3, 12 and 16 min !!!) , and for the “regular“ , especially for Joan : 25 min!!! And a rapid warm-up , so a good experience!
