Elton John & Taron Egerton - ‘Rocket Man’ (Cannes Film Festival 2019)

After attending the world premiere of ROCKETMAN at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, Elton treated guests to a special surprise performance at the afterparty. Joined onstage by the film’s star, Taron Egerton, the pair launched into a duet of ’Rocket Man’. The song is one of many Elton hits Egerton sings throughout the movie, which received a four minute standing ovation when screened earlier than evening.
