NEWAZA • Atemi & Osaekomi Integration (Part 1) JISSEN

The opening of the July 23, 2022 Yudanshakai (Black Belt Association) class at the Jukido Jujitsu Academy in Palm Coast, Florida. This is the first video of several to come that covers this class. This video begins with a review of some material covered in last black belt class and than builds on that toward the second half of the video and in upcoming videos. The theme of the class on the unification of “new school“ training methods which are often “pure“ in form with “old school“ mindset and realities for the real world. Jukido representing and holding together the the old and the new (Kokondo). We explored these notions in groundwork, yuki ore applications, makiwara work, and juji-jime.
