Hindu population was in Purana Bazar, Dal Bazar, Chawal Bazar, Mahiyan Gali, Soodan Mohalla, Thapra Mohalla, Chaura Bazar, Thakur Dwara Nauhrian, Sangla Wala Shivala Road, . The Wholesale Markets and Buta Shah, Kesar Namak, Gur Mandi Sarafan Pansari Basati Bazar business were in the hands of Hindu. Near GirjaGhar Opposite Committee Bagh there was Kameena Bazar where Ladies used to dance and entertain the people. Entrance from Chura Bazar to Gandi Gali, Lucha Bazar, Randi Bazar is the name of that area where prostitutes used to live
