Unused / unissued material. Liberation of Albania from German occupation. L/S national flags flying from large building - Union Jack, Stars and Stripes, Yugoslavian and Albanian. Pan to aeroplanes flying over crowd in street. Various shots of mass rally in streets - children wave flags and banners, more planes fly past. There is a march past by Albanian army, including women soldiers - probably victory / liberation parade. A military band plays in front of large building. Various men in uniform give speeches to crowd from platform. General street scenes.
