When Love Is Gone by Jim Photoglo James G. Photoglo was an American pop singer from Los Angeles. After his career as a pop star had waned, he became a successful country music songwriter in Nashville. Photoglo was also one of four members of a short-lived novelty country band called Run C&W, who recorded two albums for MCA between 1993 and 1995.
