150g oyster mushrooms
1/2 carrot
1 clove garlic
A bit of parsley
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kombu dashi powder
Some paprika powder
1 tablespoon cornflour or potato starch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sake
Black pepper
Some soy suace
Ingredients I used;
