6 gallon Planted tank with Seiryu, Boraras species
6 gallon planted tank with Seiryu stone scape
Lights: Zedlight 6300
Variable tuning set; not exactly sure of PAR ratings, but I estimate I run it about 50-60 PAR on substrate, but lowered it for filming. Else the rocks will be too bright for camera to compensate. Lights run for 7 hours a day
Fishes: Boraras Brigittae, Merah
Plants: Monte carlo foreground, Limnophila vietnam, Ludwigia arcuata
Custom dirt substrate
CO2: Injected by in tank diffuser but not tested for exact levels, tuned such that MC foreground pearls 2 hours from lights on. Estimate medium level compared to the higher levels used in my other tanks, as the plants in this tank are undemanding.
KH, GH, TDS: Untested but from prevent experience, should be about 7, 9, 300 respectively.
Water changes; due to large limestone ratio in tank, and frequent feeding of fishes, opted for more frequent but smaller water changes - 25% every 3 days.
Fertilization:
K, Fe/traces dose daily K2SO4, CSM B/Fe EDTA 13%
PO4, 2ppm Mg dosed every 3 days with water change
Nitrates not dosed except at initial planting/first couple of weeks. Targeted less than 10ppm NO3, so that L. arcuata remains redder
