20 Minute Full Body Tabata Workout [Strength , HIIT, & Cardio/ No Equipment]
Tap in with us for a 20 minute workout that is split into 3 groups: strength, HIIT and cardio. We will be doing this ’tabata style’ which will allow you to push yourself in a short amount of time. This workout is completely bodyweight and we’ve included some modifications to make this workout effective for all levels of fitness. You can follow juice or add resistance to any of the exercises to make this session more advanced. We hope you have as much fun with this workout as we did.
