Rep. Justin Humphrey Big Foot Bill Explaination

Oklahoma Representative Justin Humphrey introduced a bill into the Oklahoma Legislature for 2021 which would create a hunting license for Big Foot. He faced a flurry a questions when the language of the bill was published, so he provided this video explanation of why he filed it.
