Protests continue on the territory of Armenia with demands to stop territorial concessions to Azerbaijan and the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Just yesterday, protest leader Bagrat Galstyan (Srbazhan) announced his candidacy for the post of head of government, and already today, acts of disobedience took place in many settlements across the country. Thousands of people are participating in the protests - they are blocking highways and roads in major Armenian cities, including Yerevan. Both cars and various improvised means - bicycles, benches and trash cans - are used to block the streets. As for the actions of law enforcement, they are trying to clear the roads and make arrests - the leaders of the protest movement as well as participants marching on the sidewalks are being arrested. According to the latest data, more than 220 people have been detained, including MP Ashot Simonyan and blogger Mika Badalyan. #Armenia @rybar Support us Original msg Source: Rybar in English
