Bushcraft Stone Fireplace - Making a stove for my shelter using mud and rocks from the river, adding a chimney, protecting the roof from the heat by using a metal can and soil, testing the stove, and cooking my first dinner with its help. I decided to build a stone fireplace for my shelter before finishing building the walls, as it was easier to build and move around carrying rocks this way. This was also a project that required many days of work. I spent my first day just carrying lots of rocks from the river, digging and filming beautiful wildflowers - snowdrops (which are called spring’s first messengers here) and Scilla bifolia (Alpine Squill).
