Каждый день в храме Успения Пресвятой Богородицы на Оптинском подворье в Санкт-Петербурге совершаются заказные молебны перед иконами Божией Матери «Скоропослушница», «Всецарица», «Неупиваемая Чаша», а также преподобному Амвросию, старцу Оптинскому. Братия монастыря ежедневно возносят молитвы за болящих, страждующих, за всех благотворителей, жертвователей и за всех православных христиан.
