First Patient Treated at Barrow on ZAP-X Gyroscopic Radiosurgery

Barrow is the world’s first provider of the Zap-X non-invasive Gyroscopic Radiosurgery platform and has treated the first patient. It can be used as an alternative to or in conjunction with conventional neurosurgery. Zap Surgical Systems, Inc. said it created the new platform with a cost-effective design in an effort to make radiosurgery more accessible for brain tumor patients.
