Wizardry 8 (PC) review (&the importance of Wizardry)

Since I might not get another chance to talk about the relevance&influence of Wizardry, I wrote briefly about its history since I feel like the series doesn’t get the recognition it deserves these days. And before anyone gets pedantic; yes, Oubliette and other PLATO games did the whole dungeon crawling thing before Wizardry and inspired its creators, but Wizardry&Ultima 3 were the most imporant and influental titles in Japan, which in turn can be seen all over in early JRPGs.
