Police Simulator: Patrol Officers (Resisting citizen)

This person ran away when I tried to search her. She used a fake idea so I guess searching her was perfectly ok, even more so because she had been using amphetamine. She decided to run. I’m still not so good at pointing a stun gun and warn them, so I stunned her, and she cooperated. Next, I tried to cuff her for having a fake ID. She ran off, cuffs on and all. I ran after her, tried again to point and warn but hey, why not just stun her yet again. She falls to the floor, and I am suddenly a bad cop? So, what should I have done instead I wonder...
