The first Bloodrayne is a fast-paced third-person action-adventure title. Shooting mixed with hack-and-slash elements. Bloodrayne 2 dials back the speed and moves into a more character-action style of game. One akin to games like Devil May Cry. The third Bloodrayne title, Betrayal, goes with the classic Castlevania approach while taking queues from the second’s combat system.
