Zhujiang New Town (珠江新城) is a prominent central business district located in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou (广州), Guangdong Province, China. It is strategically bordered by Huangpu Avenue to the north, the Pearl River to the south, Guangzhou Avenue to the west, and the South China Expressway to the east. Spanning an area of km², Zhujiang New Town is divided by Xiancun Road (冼村路) into two main sections. The eastern part is primarily composed of high-end residential apartments, centered around Zhujiang Park, which is inspired by New York’s Central Park, offering a green oasis in the midst of the urban landscape and enhancing the value of the surrounding properties. The western section of Zhujiang New Town is envisioned as the city’s new CBD for the 21st century, featuring a core area designated by the government as the new axis of development. This area includes a continuous open plaza extending about from Huangpu Av
