The London Mall shopping center was evacuated in St. Petersburg. The police received a call about a bomb, people were evacuated from the building and pushed out of the parking lot. Witnesses reported seeing a man in handcuffs. The man who called was detained, but he does not say exactly where he allegedly left the explosives.
