Peta Credlin: Most of the world don’t think climate change ‘is the biggest challenge they face’
Sky News host Peta Credlin says the G20 summit in Rome demonstrated most of the world do not think climate change is “the biggest challenge they face”.
“And they aren’t going to cut their emissions in ways that damage their economies or hurt their standard of living,” Ms Credlin said.
“That’s why the G20 meeting in Rome on the weekend – leading into Glasgow - refused to sign up to net zero by 2050.
“Merely aiming to achieve net zero, note the weasel words, ‘by or around mid-century’.
