Buck 110 sharpened with a Lansky QuadSharp, cutting through a ship’s mooring line.

I really like that Lansky Pull-Through for my work knives. Carries nice in the pocket, works really quick. A razor edge is not needed, nor desired for this sort of work. A bit of toothiness is an advantage. Most Bosuns or ABs will use a hacksaw for this because they don’t carry a knife that is up to the task.
