UFC 261: Usman vs Masvidal 2 - Promo

On the 11th of July in 2020, UFC 251, Jorge Masvidal stepped in on a weeks notice to face the reigning, defending, undisputed Welterweight Champion of the world Kamaru Usman, on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Although a dominant performance by Usman, with Masvidal possibly winning the first round, there was both still an uncertainty with whether this was the best Masvidal seen and an unsatisfied Champion in Usman regarding not finishing the fight. However, on the 24th of April in 2021, UFC 261, both fighters have their chance at redemption, in terms of Masvidal writing the wrong of his loss, ultimately becoming the Welterweight champion, and Kamaru Usman fulfilling his wish and need to finish someone who has yet to been finished in the cage. We will find out if we are in store for a new era or the continuation of the dominance of the current reigning champ, possibly reaching a Welterweight GOAT status that test’s and possibly beats GSP’s.
