Ask The Producer: Keith Tucker aka DJ K-1

In this episode of our ‘Ask The Producer’ series we collated a number of questions direct from the community for Detroit visionary and Aux88 co-founder Keith Tucker aka DJ K-1. Tucker has long been a respected figure in the Techno world, DJ Stingray recently described him as an unsung hero and the Michigan native has been releasing his hypnotic, emotive and raw take on electronic music since the early nineties, under his own name as well as guises such as DJ K-1, Optic Nerve, Alien FM and of course as a member of the infamous Aux88. After three decades in the game Tucker continues to release music under a number of aliases, via his own Puzzlebox Recordings run alongside Anthony ‘Shake’ Shakir, and other labels such as Databass Records, Soma and more.
