Amazing meat grinder from 1898 - Restoration

In today’s video I will renovate an old meat grinder from around 1898. Some time ago I renovated a similar one with the misconception that it is a tobacco grinder. Veronica accidentally discovered a period sheet that convinced us exactly what this grinder was used for. I had originally intended Veronica to use it in her kitchen, but the annoying finding that the grinder blades were stored in lead made me think it would not be safe to use the grinder.
